The electron beams accelerated during flare in low corona create return currents of electrons in lower layers in solar atmosphere. The accelerated electrons of the electron beam and return current influence the electron distribution function in solar transition region and thus the intensities of the spectral lines. The synthetic spectra for model conditions in solar transition regions have been computed and possibilities of diagnostics of return current from EUV spectra are discussed.
