The goal of the solar radio observations is to ensure a reliable plasma diagnostics leading eventually to clear understanding of the underlying physics. As more and more efficient and precise observational tools become available in the solar radio astronomy, the raw data flow grows drastically. This calls for new approaches in radio data analysis. This report discusses various methods, which might be applied for automatic routine use of the input data flow conversion to the arrays of corresponding physical parameters. Main emphasis is given to forward fitting algorithms as applied to incoherent and coherent solar radio bursts. A number of examples of applying the forward fitting algorithms to available observational data is discussed.
