Strong limb events have been registered on January 24-25, 2007: CME (LASCO/C2,C3) and B9.0 X-ray event (GOES) on S08E79 between 13:45-16:08 UT on January 24; CME (with speed $>$ 1500 km/sec) and C6.3 X-ray event (GOES) on S08E90 between 06:33-07:58 UT on January 25. The multi-wave radio observations in the range of (2-5) cm were carried out at the RATAN-600 radio telescope in seven azimuths between 07:43-11:07 UT. The evolution of microwave radio characteristics of the off-limb radio source (at the height of about 50000 km in the corona) during the limb event on January 25, 2007 is presented and discussed.
