The Yohkoh's Hard X-ray Telescope Catalogue (a recent version: Sato et al. 2006, Solar Physics, 236, 351) contains records of above 3000 flares observed during more than one decade (1991-2001). Such a wide database allows us to discuss many crucial aspects of solar flare physics from the statistical point of view. I will present the relations between: (a) non-thermal and thermal components; (b) disk flares and occulted flares; (c) footpoint and loop-top sources. I will also discuss influence of thermal plasma on hard X-ray emission. Examples of interresting events that are not commonly known will be given.
