On 13 December 2006, some unusual radio bursts in 2.6-3.8 GHz was observed during X3.4 flare/CME event from 02:30 to 04:30 UT with the digital spectrometers of National Astronomical Observatories of China (NAOC). Many fine radio structures ware recorded. Also many spike bursts superposed on the continuum bursts were detected during the time interval. After data processing some parameters of the spikes such as frequency drift rate, duration, bandwidth and relative bandwidth were determined. We compare the parameters with those of the spikes of other events discussed before. We discuss also polarization of the spikes and associated radiation mechanism.
