The following pages of the workshop's site (http://users.uoi.anindos/CESRA2007) have been updated: 1) Information about accessing the conference venue using public transportation, and also driving directions for those who will rent a car has been added in ``venue_accommodation.htm''. Information about the meals also appears there. 2) ``travel.htm'' has been updated with driving directions from Thessaloniki to Ioannina. 3) ``ioannina.htm'' has been updated with information about the weather conditions at Ioannina in June. Here is some further practical information: 1. Oral presentations There will be (Windows XP) laptops and data projectors available, both in the plenary sessions and in the Working Groups. You may bring your Powerpoint presentation on CD or a USB memory stick. Please let us know if you would like to use an overhead projector, 35 mm slide projector, etc. If you have any concerns that your Powerpoint presentation may not be completely portable, attach it to an email and send it in advance to Dr. Marina Markou (email: gtomeai@cc.uoi.gr) 2. Posters Submitted contributions which are not being given orally in the plenary session may be given as posters. There will be poster space for all such contributions. Poster sizes may be up to 0.75 (width) x 1.20 (length) meters. 3. Internet access Internet access will be available in the auditorium where the plenary sessions will take place. We have asked the Networks Administration of the University of Ioannina to enable wireless internet access from the auditorium.
