Biopolymers

In collaboration with G. Floudas and F. Kremer, we study both natural and synthetic biopolymers. The first part deals with model synthetic peptides, aiming in the understanding of fundamental processes, such as folding and relaxation. The second part of our research refers to systems with high toughness, such as silk and collagen.
