We have been negotiating with Solar Physics journal editors to publish review papers and selected contributed papers as a "Topical Issue". If the "Solar Physics" editors accept our proposal, all submitted papers will be refereed by independent referees, in the same way as any other paper submitted to "Solar Physics" and the same criteria will be applied in their evaluation.
